For this season YKRA is launching the JETSET collection, inspired by the global travel boom of the 1970’s. Meant as a nostalgic take on the idolisation of travel to exotic locations, the collection is launching at the exact moment when global travel comes to a screeching halt, and we question the sustainability of mass travel. The pattern, created by pattern designer Viola Balázs, draws inspiration from vintage travel posters, and popular travel locations, like Venice, Hawaii, Egypt, and New York.
